Awesome customer service. Chris, the operations manager here is top notch and does whatever it takes to find a mutually beneficial response to any issues you might have. I have had great experiences with all kinds of gasses, from propane to co2, and they always have my welding supply in stock. The counter guys, Larry and Derick will get whatever you need if they don’t have it in stock—my stuff was there the next day! Prices are reasonable but the service here really sets them apart.

Terrible customer service! They try to trick people into signing contracts, they do not respond to voicemail, phone calls or emails. Every issue is pawned to another employee so nothing ever gets done. Been two weeks and almost out of propane, and of course no one at Matheson does anything.
