Disastrous service. Placed an order specifically for Wicks and added a few essential oils as I was paying for delivery. Buff and Butter without sending an email or explanation part refund my order. I have since emailed them 3 times to ask about what was refunded and to cancel the order if the wicks are not available as i wanted just these. I have still to date no response or even my order. Their phone number on the site isn't working either. I would avoid this unprofessional business by all means. I have just lost 35 from purchasing from these guys on 23rd January and they have not had the decency to even contact me. Horrible!!

Terrible service. Phone number doesn’t work which they haven’t bothered to change on their website on emails. They Don’t respond to emails either. Does anyone actually work in customer service here?
