Nice room and very spacious. Only down/negative was the beds. They were not comfortable at all. I have spring less beds at home so for me to sleep away from home I expect to be comfortable. The beds were springy with a mattress cover on it which made it hard to sleep for me and my family. Other than that the customer service was great, breakfast was great and hot, rooms were nice and clean, and the price was even better. I will stay again whenever I return to the area.

My husband and I have been made very comfortable at our stay here. The staff is super friendly or rooms were clean anything we needed if they could help they did. Gabe informational places to see and do. I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites anyone staying in town.
I’m not really sure how this hotel has received such high ratings....we came here because it was so well rated. To be honest, the place was a mess. I wasn’t confident in the cleanliness of the hotel. The whole place smelt strongly of a bad floral scent that’s trying way too hard to cover up another bad smell. The hotel room we stayed in had tons of garbage on the floor and even someone’s personal belongings. The rooms are not soundproof at all so you hear everything from outside (loud car traffic) to inside (neighbors and loud doors shutting). The beds crinkle and crack every time you get in or move. The only two positives I have from my experience with my family is that the staff were very kind and the breakfast selection was pretty incredible for “Covid times”. Hence, two stars. If you’re looking for a roof over your head, then I guess it’s okay. But if you’re looking for quality, don’t trust the ratings and find another place even if it costs quite a bit more. I believe it would be well worth the extra cost.
I will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the Manchester area. The room was so nice. We were only here for one night but I wish my stay was longer. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the continental breakfast was SO good! The lady at the front desk was helpful and gave a great recommendation on a place to go for dinner. The outside patio area is also a plus! Grill for the guests to use and a nice big fire pit and plenty of seating.
Very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast was also great considering what they have to do to follow COVID protocols.
Our room was clean so that was nice. But they don't seem to be taking the pandemic seriously and are not following CDC guidelines (nor is the entire town from what I saw). This could easily be a 5 star review by just having masks be required by all guests and employees in common areas.
I loved my stay there very clean. The beds were so comfy and clean. The pool was very warm and very clean. The breakfast was so delicious and easy find the things you need the staff was very helpful with anything and very sweet
