I’ve been trying to get a referral to a breast clinic for over a month now and they referred me to the wrong place. They’ve repeatedly put off trying to sort this problem out and I could’ve had an appointment by now. Supposedly, there is only person who can sort out issues with the referrals and she’s on holiday. Why does this whole clinic only have one person to do this? Disgraceful response and uncaring staff. I’m seriously considering finding a new GP.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PEST Unhelpful, uncaring and receptionist more concern with computer work than help patients. Having an attitude even to call for a taxi after not been able to find me a suitable doctor in the morning. Disgusting place over all. I would recommend you to sign anywhere else. One start because I can give them a 0.
