Upon arrival the front desk attendant said that all of the pull out couches were broken. ALL OF THEM. In addition the pool was broken. I ask for a partial refund and she offers 4. It was insulting. When I went to my room I had to see what makes a pull out couch "broken" so I pulled up the cushions and saw Pringles and trash. Then the next morning, when my family and I are at breakfast, the person looking after the food didn't wash his hands after messing with the trash.
