This was the BEST experience I have had at an Extended Stay America!! The staff was extremely helpful and sweet and genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable for our stay (which was about 6 weeks). My family and I were very very happy with everything but the staff made it that much more comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are amazing!!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the past few weeks.

Okay place, it was clean but could use some room maintenance. Things are just worn and need updated. The towels and kinda small and scratchy. I think housekeeping depends on the length of your stay, we had none and that was fine. They offer a grab and go breakfast with granola bars, muffins coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to many things.

Nothing good to say about this place this hotel is a complete failure. Our room had an extremely noisy a/c unit and a very bad smell. When I asked to change rooms I was told to bring the pillows with me from the old room. I opened the door to the new room(closest room to front desk) the employee literally stepped in front of me went in took the pillow off the bed and said you can't have this one. In the room that was supposed to include a kitchen there was a rusty refrigerator, rust nasty microwave, and nothing else no cups, silverware, not even a coffeemaker(both rooms were like this). Finally the breakfast that was advertised was coffee, tea, pre-packaged very sweet muffins, and small sugary granola bars. Avoid this place at all costs. I will not be staying at #Extendedstayamerica again

The room i had was the perfect size for 2 people. The bathroom was cold due to the door being closed but you have to keep it closed because it will be in the way of walking back and forth to the kitchen area. I would stay here again.

OMG!!This is the worst hotel ever!!!!The staff are so MEAN.They are LAIRS.They called the cops on me and kicked me out,In the cold.Its almost christmas,who can have a heart like that?There was a ROACH in my room.I do not recommend any to go to extended stay.
