I spotted Fairytale Brides when looking for my wedding dress, as I was looking for a specific Hayley Paige dress, and Fairytale brides was listed as an official stockist. I phoned the shop and spoke to Carol who was absolutely lovely. She advised me that she knew which dress I was referring to but that they did not actually stock it. The shop had a HP trunk show coming up and Carol offered to book me in, and she would request that they send the dress I wanted to see for the trunk show. To my delight, when I had arrived at the shop, they had managed to get hold of the dress. Gemma assisted me on the day and was so patient with me while I made my decision. She also helped me find the perfect accessories to go with my dress. Needless to say, I said yes to the dress! Fairytale Brides went above and beyond to make sure I got my perfect dress. I even rang back a few days later as I decided I wanted the matching veil, and although they do not stock it, Gemma rang to order it straight away. I cannot find fault with the service, it made my day even more special. I just wish I didn't have to wait SO long to see it again!!! x

Had been looking for a dress for a while now with only 8 weeks to go to the wedding. Stepped into Carol's shop and could have taken home almost every dress we tried on! Left a very happy bride with a beautiful dress from the sale perfect condition. Lovely customer service and made me more excited for the big day :)
This is a lovely shop with a great selection of wedding gowns. Justine was very friendly and accommodating, and even though I ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere, I would still recommend this shop to all future brides.
The staff were amazing, Gemma in particular was so helpful. I'll definitely be coming back!
From the moment i walked theough the door i felt at ease. With a big hello and welcome, to the knowledge and advice from gemma and her dad was phenominal. I was really nervous about coming, more so due to Covid but all these nerves dissappeard the moment i walked through the door. The aura of the shop is amazing and i could not of wanted a better experience than what i recieved today. Especially gemma who is just fantastic from start to finish, her knowledge was spot on and not in a pushy way, she listened to my ideas and was honest reagarding my thoughts and how the dresses suited me. I did not feel rushed one bit or arwkward in any sense, i was able to be my self and enjoyed the experience. And also face time a family member the whole time Im so glad i choose fairytale brides. I said yes to the dress aswell Thankyou Gemma and team
