Dropped off an ebay purchase with label. Got a smile and a "we're good to go." Then I got my ebay invoice. They had charged ebay 60 more than I had paid. None of the employees gave me a warning of any kind. I went here for every previous ebay ship, now I'm a UPS customer for life.

If I had the choice I would never do business with FedEx. The most inconvenient delivery service company I’ve ever come across. If only the online stores I buy from stop using them, I would be happy to never have to deal with them. I’ve never gotten a successful delivery from FedEx. I live in a apartment building and for some reason the delivery driver saw it was safe to leave my very expensive pair of shoes outside my apartment door. I’m so upset, I wish everyone would stop doing business with them. If you live in a apartment building or an area where your package can go missing don’t do business with them.

Had to stop in quick to print sign and scan a document. Easy access from 84- open late afternoon on a Saturday...internet worked great- employee working went out of his way to help me understand the new scan system...could not be happier.

I used to frequently use this location and 6/10 times everything would go smooth and I would be greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. However, there is one goatee donning gentleman that clearly missed the memo. He fails hard at customer service. Because of this I drive to Windsor Locks for my packages as it's not even worth the chance of encountering him as he cripples the Manchester location when he's working there. Hopefully someone sees this and has a chat with him as it's a shame.

Great customer service. Kris helped me out with my resume dilemma. I needed it to color match my business cards and had previously been to 3 other print shops, but none of them were able to produce the color I needed. He tested it out on different types of paper for me without me having to ask him and was able to best color match my business cards. Thank you!

Had to get a document notarized and shipped over night. I called and ask if they offered this service for the notary and the guy on the phone told me yes and to be there by 7pm to ensure it makes it for next day on the overnight shipping. Fast forward to 630pm (all banks closed now) and I show up and ask to notarize my document and the guy says they haven’t done that in years and I must have called the wrong number. I showed him the number I called in my phone and sure enough it was the number to that branch. They were at a loss of words. Bottom line is these employees are either untrained to answer questions about the services they offer or they just don’t care. Either way my important document wasn’t able to be notarized now and I will have to wait and postpone this shipping another day. Hope this helps others know how they operate and their level of attentiveness.
