Very rude staff. Not recommend at all. Doctors are good but front staff at Manchester location is really bad. Staff member who helped me for my glasses was rushing me. Didn't gave me enough time to choose my glasses. Every 2 min he was asking me am I done. Manager was very rude too she didn't let me try more than 5 frames. Service was good before but now very bad place. Do not go to buy your glasses. Not recommended at all they just focused on making money they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Great place to go if you like to be kept waiting, they even went as far as to call and tell me to come pick up contacts then sent me home because it was too crowded. Zero respect for peoples time. Incompetence at its finest.
I’m giving this place 5 Stars.I had Cataract Surgery in both eyes.10/1 and 10/15 the staff at the Fichman Manchester Eye Center location were professional. They made me feel comfortable and gave me outstanding attention in every detail.I could not drive due to my condition and could hardly read anything.But now after this painless eye surgery my sight is 20/20.Thank you to Dr Tu and your staff for a great experience.I now am better than normal.I truly recommend Fichman Eye Centers.
I think this is fast advertising below is what you have written on your website. (we can help residents from all corners of the state with their visual needs and answer any questions they might have.) I call on Monday 24, 2020 asking to speak to (Dr. Fichman and I have not heard back from him )his staff is very rude and had no management skills of helping or resolving clients' issues.
This place is VERY SLOW!!!! Had a 1:15 appointment and my husband had one scheduled for about twenty minutes after mine. We did not get out of their until after 4:00 p.m. THREE hours for two appointments. We never received our new patient packets (even though I called several times in advance to ask for them to be mailed) so when we got there we had to spend extra time filling them out. Every time I call for any reason, I am transferred, put on hold until I'm hung up on, or forwarded to a dead end mailbox system. The optical center where you pick out your glasses feels similar to being herded like cattle. Frustrating for the amount of money being spent. On a positive note, they handled the corona virus pandemic nicely and the staff was nice overall.
