Recently put a new floor in my kitchen. I found dealing with Matt and Becky to be a pleasure. Floor was fairly priced. The installers were courteous, respectful and did a great job. The floor looks great and the whole experience was done well. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Great experience!!! Ordered material that came in sooner than the lead-time. All the employees are very knowledgeable. The products offered are a great price point with great quality! I would highly recommend this company! And for the one lady that have posted negative feeds on this site, I have a hard time believing any of that is true!!
My husband and I were very impressed with Big Bob’s Floors & Kitchens Today Manchester’s responsiveness and thoroughness as a firm. We were searching for a contractor to refinish the floors in our new condo and requested estimates from 4 other companies. This company quoted us an unbelievably fair price and clearly explained their process and what we could expect. I had a lot of questions, but they always responded quickly with clear answers. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future and I'd definitely recommend calling them if you need your floors refinished!
Be careful, ask pointed questions, and ask for documentation of your transactions and interactions every step of the way. We purchased tiles at this store and then called for a labor quote about a week later. The first quote we were given (for a very small shower) was 2200 and when we declined the service, saying it would be too much, the representative backpedaled and brought the quote down to 1300. When we asked why the discrepancy, the representative mumbled something about the first quote including the grout and then trailed off. With no good answer, red flags went up on our end and we started second guessing our purchase. We realized we were never given the cancellation policy and when we went to cancel the order, we were still not given the policy. In trying to work these issues out, the company has been disingenuous, condescending, and disrespectful. Overall, there has been a discrepancy in prices, a lack of transparency in their policies, and overall disdain in the way they've been handling our complaint. Would not recommend, and definitely not going back. Contrary to the below claim, this is not a false post, but its great that they are so disconnected from their customers that they would assume customers are ganging up on them. We have called and talked to the manager who has done nothing to alleviate our frustrations.

I am.only giving 3 stars because the gentleman was very helpful once I got into the store. Found what I needed right away. Of course I had to make the trip as I was disconnected and transferred 6 times when the phone was FINALLY answered
