Very easy to work with for us as a first time customer. They spent the required amount of time on the phone getting to understand our needs. Jim & Tara allowed us to pick out four Samples of Conference Room Chairs to take back with us to Nashua. We made a decision in one day and he trusted us with the Samples for a week while he brought the chairs up from his warehouse, and assembled all 18 chairs for us prior to delivering. The delivery driver wouldn't even let me help him, he just wanted to do his job ( and probably not have to worry about me crashing into a door jam) The prices were Great and the Customer Service was Phenomenal . BTW they took back the Floor Samples and we had a full set of new Chairs which was an unexpected perk. I would recommend Granite State Office Furniture for Businesses Large and Small. I look forward to future dealings with both Jim & Tara. Thank You
