VOLEED

Have used them multiple times for MOT, Servicing and Tyres, expensive then some local garages but cheaper then going to the dealerships and their work comes with 12 Month warranty. Downside has been their punctuality. I booked a morning session 08:30 for MOT and service hoping it'll get it done by Midday but I had to ring at 16:30 and then collected my car, 8 hour's for MOT and service on a small car is a bit excessive.

My car was booked in for 14:20pm and at 9am I had a phone call asking if I could come in about 11am which was a lot better for me and they was good and explained everything about my mot. Overall I am satisfied with there service, apart from my car failing it's not, I will be using Halfords for my re-test and in the future for my MOT's.

I have been refused my MOT service on the scheduled day because of 2 minutes delay! Other than that I have been serviced the next accordingly.

Had a major service and left engine bay dirty oil everywhere. Paid extra for an upgrade oil expecting engine flush would be part of it but it doesn’t good side with the upgrade package i was given a Black Friday discount of 20%. Digitally reset my car for a year instead of 2 years as major service supposedly every 2 years. I would recommend to go for standard service rather than major service with big difference in price and small difference in work.
