We stayed here 5 nights and I have nothing bad to say. The stay was amazing. Super clean rooms. Awesome beds. The staff were just incredibly nice. Our car broke down here, one of the staff even offered a hand. The restaurants near by are absolutely delicious. They will give you a discount for staying at this hotel.

I enjoyed our short stay. It's a good work travel hotel and family hotel. They still set out breakfast in the morning. When check in, there are social distancing marking on the floor. The rooms are clean and I see staff cleaning. The hotel feels very new. The bathroom toiletries are very gender neutral. I actually enjoyed the scent quite a bit. On our way out, I was able to grab coffee from their coffee station. If I need to drive down again, I would totally stay at this hotel for work or leisure.

This is a really clean hotel, rooms are new and nice. The AC in our room worked very well, no issues. Social distancing guidelines were posted all throughout the hotel. There is a variety of restaurants, stores, and gas stations on the exit, and there’s a Starbucks next door. A little bit pricey for a hotel during the week, they have an indoor pool and fitness room. Breakfast was grab and go due to covid, but they had a great variety (photos are attached). The front desk woman was very nice (not sure of name), they had hand sanitizer from the Jack Daniels Distillery on the counter (smell it). My only complaint is the fact that there were a couple men smoking out front, so maybe they could move their ashtrays to a side entrance, so guests didn’t have to smell it when they walked by.

Only stopped here because the fog got to dangerous to keep driving, so it was ok for a quick place to sleep. The front desk lady was nice, however for some reason she felt the need to provide misinformation regarding the local weather. She stated it was going to drop into the teens overnight and start snowing with black ice likely. Since it was currently 56 degrees, we were shocked to hear that so obviously we checked the weather, the low was only 50 degrees with no precipitation in the next 7 days....not sure what weather she was looking at. Also, although we're in the middle of Covid, none of the employees were wearing masks, which partly explains why TN has such high numbers. Lastly, the room seemed clean enough, but someone's shirt was still hanging in the closet, so not sure how clean the room actually was.
