The staff is great with their customers. They do not put up with nonsense with those who think it's a party zone or those that do not respect. Consistent management and house keeping. Clean and refreshing compared to other places. Very happy that we found them. The suites are very nice as well.

The cost of my room for three nights was 163; the cost for two crated 12 lbs dogs was 180 for the three nights. This was not indicated when made this reservation. There was no hot water in shower. Room was ok. Smoke detector hung away from ceiling. Glad there wasn't a fire. House keeping staff were very nice. I would never stay here again.

We only stayed here one night because our flight in Albany was canceled due to a winter storm and the only way home was to fly out of Hartford. So this was a quick one night stay. The staff was friendly! And there were signs saying that they were in the middle of renovations, and oh boy do they need them! This place is a little outdated. When we got to our room, the room keys didn’t work. We had to go back down to the desk and when we got back to the room only one of the keys worked (at least this is only for one night). Then the room itself was interesting. The window was cracked open and we could not get it shut. You could hear the traffic outside all night. The bathroom was different for sure. A tile on the floor in there was loose, and the bathtub did not drain while you showered so you just stand in there with water up to your ankles (GROSS!). And there is no fan. We could also here the neighbors in other rooms, their TVs or phone going off. There was also quite a lot of dust on some fixtures, especially on the ceiling sprinklers! (I’m really into safety stuff and that’s a fire hazard). But the beds were clean and comfortable for the night. I’m sure if we stayed longer they wouldn’t be. The bag breakfast to go was lame (water, juice and muffin). The tv is from the early 2000s, just a giant box with no hdmi hookup, we didn’t turn it on. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless the renovations they are working on are a complete remodel and update.

This place doesn't have hot water. Its been three days and the front disk keeps saying they have someone come out. If you like cold shower this is the place for you.

Lobby is nice and very cute. I like the turtle and the fountain. I also liked the mirror in my room and the end tables as well as the desk, the desk chair, The art on the walls, the curtains, the tv, and the microwave. However, two lamps were broken in my room, the plastic on the fridge was scrunched and made it look beat up, And the bathtub could have looked better.

After reading some negative reviews I was VERY hesitant to come here. I must say this was PERFECT!!! The receptionist was super friendly,. The air conditioner worked just fine. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE I wish I could take it home with me. Haha. There's honestly nothing to complain about here!!! I'd definitely stay again!!! We're from KY heading to Maine to visit family!!!

In these days of COVID you would think cleanliness would be a priority but sadly I cannot recommend this hotel, sweat stained pillows, toilet, shower and sink were to me gross. There was a musty smell when you walked in the lobby, the room had a heavy smoker previously and they sprayed heavily but my clothes smelled pretty bad anyways. Could not stay the 2nd night.
