WARNING! Kenneth is very argumentative and confrontational favorite saying is \ive been doing this for 30 years\ do not pay half for any service down without protecting your complete by date. Scam waiting to happen! Does not follow directions even by what was stated in contract at signing. Guess work...estimate measurements...throw nails in yard...steal gravel from neighbors driveway...aggressive and loud communication to employees and landowner...hard worker but misses the detail work needed for quality work. In my opinion it could be a better company if he would take the time to slow down and focus on detail work. Also his attitude toward the person who hired him has much to be desired. Possible meth head based on personality alone. If ever on my property again i will call police.
Our fence looks awesome. The owner came out and consulted with us first and we decided on a tan colored vinyl fence. At first we had installed just a partition so we would have privacy when we were on the back porch. Afterwards the fence looked so good we decided to finish it off and now our whole back yard is fenced in. Everyone is friendly and responds quickly to phone calls and emails, which is a great plus. I would definitely recommend this company.
We love our fence. It is a mixture of chain link and vinyl with gates. While the company started the project later than initially promised, (2-3 weeks later) once they started the project they finished up in a timely manner even though this required several trips to my property. They cleaned up after their work and didn't leave any debris or materials in our yard. Kenneth walked the property, reviewed the work, and had the crew stay late in the day to properly finish up work. Their weakest area is in communicating, especially once the initial deposit has been paid. They do ask for 50% down, which seemed high to me, but it was difficult to get a fencing company to even come walk the property. Since we're having no problems with the fence I don't know if they'll stand by their work, but we are currently very pleased with how it looks and operates.
So upon researching this company, I had my reservations based on some of the not so great reviews. I have to say that although we had some bumps in the road, I would definitely utilize them again as well as refer them to others. We contacted Mid Tenn in December 2017 to come out and give us a quote to repair an automatic gate, installation of a vinyl fence and to fix our double gate that was installed by another company. Their quote was affordable, and they agreed to fix the double fence gate at no charge. We felt good about the customer service so far and signed our contract. This is where we realized that communication was not this company’s strong area, however, once we were able to get a confirmation on the schedule (January 2018), my wife and I were impressed with the attention to detail showed by the fence installers, as well as their timeliness in completing the job. As for the automatic gate repair, I have to say that it was not as easy going. Apparently, the arm installed had a recall causing it to malfunction several times. Mid Tenn did address this and made several trips to fix it until they could diagnose the issue and repair it correctly. Overall, even though their communication was lacking, this company knows fencing and the crew that we were fortunate to have were very detailed oriented. We are very satisfied with the service provided and will use them again for all of our fencing needs.
