Tatty small national express coach station . Lacking in passenger help during my several visits and after waiting to use a real toilet rather than the coach offering, your faced with paying come on national express we paid to use your buses surely this could include a real toilet on arrival or departure. The cafe/ shop is ok adequate if uninspired and seems expensive for basic fare. Not my best experience could be better cleaner and more customer focused

Just a complete lack of information and communication. Like everything is left to the customers responsibility. After arriving 1.5 hours early after a long distance flight, we are expected to keep an eye out continuously for our bus arrival and departure. No warning about which bus was leaving. No prior information of what bus has arrived or departed. This is just very poor organisation and service. I don't really care how much money is spent on a journey, if the service is poor, it's not worth a single penny.
