MY opinion will NEVER waver and I REPEAT this and hope it helps someone.. DO NOT BUY CARPET or anything else from this establishment!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I can not suggest strongly enough.. DO NOT BUY LOCAL.. you will be sorry.. I AM!!! UPDATE... even though MR NOrRiS is a schmuck.... the people he deals with are a class act.. FLOOR SOURCE is replacing ALL my carpet, they legally had no obligation to do so, as MR NORRiS did NOT put the claim for the damage in in a timely manner.. however Floor Source knows what good customer service is... they also went one better, they were going to pay MR NORRIS to install said carpet an he refused, apparently he doesn’t need the money or the business!! Anyway, the man is a schmuck!! I hope everyone will think twice about buying anything, he thinks about the money and could care less after the fact. Not to mention when I found out from Floor Source how much he was charged and how much he charged me and how much installation really is vs what I was charged , let’s just say you’d think this carpet had a gold backing!
