I've been with this CU since moving here almost 30 years ago. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The online banking is easy breezy and I feel like I'm more than a number every time I enter the building and receive a smile of welcome and recognition. Recently I've had very excellent service from Megan and Kelly. They both deserve raises.

NFCU Is a great place to do banking. If you like to shop local and are interested in investing in your own community, then this is a place that will match your preferences. They are serious about community enhancement and participation. And besides all of that, they are a great credit union with super customer service. I love being able to walk to the place where I can cash a check or make a deposit . . . but also like that fact that they have a great APP for my phone! Check them out, Manchester neighbors!

I've used Northeast Family for years now and I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism I've found there. Whenever I've had questions about my accounts there is always someone to answer. When I arrive at the branch, whether the drive-up or inside, the people are friendly and helpful. I never feel like a number, always a person. I like that in this day of technology. But while they maintain that person to person comfort they are also cutting edge with their technology. I can bank from home any time - track my deposits and withdrawals, which helps me keep sane!
