I usually go to the store all the time, and they always have great customer service. but today when I went in I told the guy I need a prince he said you can save some money if you go print out yourself didn't ask me what kind of prints or anything I needed 700 pages print printed from my email and I left the store frustrated, came back to the store waiting for the guy and another guy and no one said anything to me horrible horrible horrible customer service

It's time to hire professional people in your print center. I've been coming for about a year getting our church bulletins printed. The only time I've had professional, helpful service was when college student Quinn was there. I order online and when I arrive half the time your people can't find the order. Only reason I continue to use you guys is because it's so close to my home, but I may have to look elsewhere if this horrible service continues.
