Very efficient and easy to work with. Had so much to choose from. Started here and went to 6 other stores. Returned here because they had the best selection, best prices and best delivery times. Would recommend and will return when we need more furniture.

WAITING ON PILGRIM TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND REMOVE THERE OVER PRICED MATTRESS WITHOUT A BACK SPRING. AND THE AUDACITY OF THEM TO SUGGEST I CONTINUE TO HAVE THIS INCONVENIENCE TILL NOVEMBER. WORST FURNITURE STORE AND EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER.

After looking for a piece of furniture in three other stores, we arrived at Pilgrim. Entered the store and no sales people were around. By chance we found the section of furniture type we were interested in. We found almost exactly what we had in mind and the price was reasonable. Of course it was on sale - no surprise there. With just a little effort we made contact with the sales person. The item we wanted was in stock and could be delivered in three days. All this was positive. Added to the price (which was midway between the cheapest we had seen and the most expensive that was somewhat comparable) was a 100 local area delivery charge. We were happy with the product so the price was less important, but the 100 fee seemed excessive. A smaller delivery fee or free delivery would have resulted in a five star rating.

We needed to replace our bed frame and mattress. Took advantage of Pilgrims 2525 discount sale. Marty, our sales rep at the Manchester CT store was excellent. He took extra time with us to be sure our selections were exactly to our taste and the mattress fit our sleeping modes perfectly. Marty, thanks for taking the time and most of all your patients.
