We have invested in Sentrex Support to carry out deep cleaning at our school and they never disappointed us. Their punctuality is spot on. Actually, the work carried out was so impressive, carried out within the time the given to them and they absolutely deserve more than 5 stars rating. The team is dedicated, focused and they have done absolutely fabulous job and the result was immaculate finish and fantastic mission being accomplished to the best of our expectations. The team are so lovely and dedicated and know exactly what they are doing. They clean EVERYTHING. Their attention to details is wonderful and they are careful with furniture, rugs, doors, floors, etc. While getting them cleaned. One special thing I noticed how they care for their employees and treat them nice and with respect and that is definitely is reflected on the high quality of their work. From my initial contact with Sentrex, i have been impressed with not only their customer service but also their understanding of our business needs. I did not expect, nor did i receive from other cleaning companies such an in depth consultation. Sentrex have obviously done their homework when it comes to how they present themselves to the customer. Due to the very professional approach, I expected Sentrex to outbid themselves, but again, they surprised me when they turned out to be one of the lower quotes i received. I moved forward with our contract, dubious that the high standard shown throughout the bidding process and by the management team would not be represented in the end product. I was very wrong. Sentrex have been excellent at all levels of the organisation. Very pleased. Long may it continue.
