Checking in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The first room we were in, the toilet was continously running. We informed the staff and they moved us to a different room right away. We were in a room that overlooked part of the Manchester airport runway so we were able to see some planes land and take off. The room was clean and orderly. The beds were quite comfortable, including the pull out couch. We did have to go down to get the bedding for the sofa bed but it was an easy transaction. They also have a small convenience store that is not closed off to the public so that is really nice. Another surprise was they still do a very nice breakfast where people can come and pick hot or cold foods for breakfast and bring it back to their room. The breakfast still being available is such a bonus, especially during these difficult times many places have stopped breakfast or now do just a bag and grab with no options so this was absolutely amazing that SpringHill Suites still makes such incredible efforts to keep the guests happy. I was also able to use their laundry facilities. Simple, basic and small room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. There is a folding table also. SpringHill Suites also had an indoor pool room but they did request you ask staff before using the pool room. They are doing a really great job to keep social distancing a priority.

This place was great!! Very near the airport with a free shuttle service! All of the drivers I had were so pleasant to talk with during the ride. The front desk was very helpful during check in as well as arranging a shuttle ride to my location the next morning. The room was great! Spacious and clean!! The shower had great water pressure and an eco friendly towel service. I missed breakfast by a few minutes the next morning but the chefs offered me a bite to go as they were taking away the foods. There was a fitness room and indoor pool as well as fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day!! Very enjoyable stay!

Booked our hotel 2 weeks in advance for a conjoining room. Get to the hotel and it was overbooked. No courtesy phone call or email informing us of the issue, we are notifying upon arrival. Front desk was super rude and disrespectful. Took no accountably for the mistake and offered 2 rooms in completely opposite areas of the hotel. Front desk just kept saying she didn’t know what we wanted her to do but that was all she had. She couldn’t call the manager until the morning. When the conversation escalated she decided at that point it was a good time to reach out to her manager telling them only side of the conversation which in turn made the manager refused to book us. The front desk called all surrounding hotels and told them not to book us. We had to drive 30 mins out of the way to find another hotel mind you this was 1 o’clock in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend a place that isn’t focused on customer satisfaction or willing to take accountability for their error.

Clean quiet and cozy. Staff was friendly enough. Love that check-out is at noon and was not rushed out at exact check-out time. The only thing that should be changed is the 250 incidental charge for local residence. I was also charged 287.50 for incidentals not the 250 I was told. It has been several days and I am still waiting for the hold on my card to fall off which should be released upon check out.

I had been staying with multiple Marriott locations throughout the month of December for work purposes and was excited when I first checked into this hotel. However that excitement quickly faded just a few hours after checking in when I could hear a dog barking in the room next to mine. This dog was left in the room alone all 3 days that I was staying there and I had to listen to it barking nonstop while staff at the front desk offered no help. I have tried contacting the hotel to discuss the issue and have been ignored multiple times by the manager Jane LeBlanc. I do not plan to go back to this hotel or any other Marriott ever again if this is how they treat all their customers.
