I’ve been going to this clinic for more than 4 years n Dr Connolly , nurse Fiona n others we’re so lovely and helpful . But today I came cross Dr Chris ward n I have never ever came cross Dr so rude like him in my life Unprofessional, unhelpful and never listen to ur concerns he just want to talk n cross to the point he wants to never mind others sat front of them I’ve been told to retest before I go away so I did as I’ve been told but he refused to do the test after an argument he literally did half of the screening tests not all of it . Like I would never go on wed to come cross him again n the uni where got his certificate they should looked into it before they gave him It’s all about manners n be the helpful person in the community. Worst experience today with Dr Chris Ward ever .
