Had a recent issue with floaters. Turned out it was a retinal tear. Fixed it same day. Dr Elia was perfect, calm, very helpful, very good bedside manner and calming nature. Staff in office were very caring and helping. Earlier the better for appointments and staying out of the busiest times. Best MD ophthalmology practice i have ever been to......

Went for an exam for cataracts. Told me after doing all the measurements I needed to have my eyes dilated. I asked if I could come back for that as I can't see well ans wanted my husband to drive me. They said sure just tell the scheduler you have had everything done just need to be dilated. Scheduler would not fit me in said I would have to wait for May.

Can't refer Dr. Siegal after going for an eye exam. He wrote prescription and I had them made but they weren't ight\ . Made another appt. and Dr. Siegel wrote new prescription. Had second pair of glasses made and right eye still wasn't ight\ . Called Dr. Siegal again and was told he didn't want to see me again and to go someplace else. Made appt. with opthamogist, which Dr. Siegal isn't and he agreed prescription was NOT correct. I feel Dr. Siegal was very unprofessional and rude.

Asked me four times if I drank or used alcohol. I came in after work I work third shift. The nurse who first saw me had no personality and was cold. The specialist himself only sat for less then 5 minutes. Didn’t even look at me when he shook my hand. Never been treated worse in my life. Still dealing with spotting in my vision, pain in the same eye that’s accompanied with a twitch that iv had for a couple months now. No answers. Hoping it’s nothing too serious.

In 2002-03 I had a torn retina, which was repaired here by laser. Now, I am being referred to them again by my medical team. I trust them whole heartedly.
