They did a great job of packing a cherished antique carousel. It was a favorite of my mothers that I wanted to send to my niece in Florida. The staff did such a great job of protecting it. I told them I was insuring it, but that it couldn't be replaced. Cassandra has such fond memories of playing with it when her family went to visit my parents and I'm so glad I entrusted it to UPS to pack and deliver it safely. Thank you

I went in here last week and a girl named Sophia helped me, she was the best! They were closing but as I'm taking forever struggling to find one of the addresses, Sophia was so patient with me. When I'm sure she was tired from a long day at work, she couldn't have been more cool, calm & collected as I was frantic & fumbling through my phone apologizing every 5 seconds lol. She really helped turn my little stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Because of her kind & patient customer service I will definitely be going back there & I recommend everyone else to as well! Also another bonus other than their great customer service is they are open a little bit later than the post office... Thank you again Sophia!!!
