An absolute disgrace, would never recommend. Tiny rooms, heating never works, appliances are old fashioned and out of date- rats run throughout the courtyard daily. Don’t expect to receive your parcels in a short amount of time as the reception is never open so you can never receive any help with anything; they charge 7 per wash in their laundry facilities so alongside paying too much for rent, you pay this on top. Above all, during the coronavirus pandemic, unite students refused to help students who followed government guidelines and did not reduce rent or keep their accommodation clean and sanitary. NEVER GO HERE!

I would never recommended this place to my worst enemy, the place is full of rats, the response rate is very poor, not a social place to live, they have 5 security staff so its like a prison, I wanted to change my room but they do not allow you to do so, the parcels go missing and my keys did not work and they keep on saying I will receive a new one but the reception is never open. If you are looking to book a place I advise you stay away from here you will not only be depressed you will not have the university life that you are looking for. If its a prison cell you want then go for it.
