I go to this place tinking it will be lot of beautiful roses. But no the roses are terible and not last long i was going to give this to my babushka but it was rotten before i even get back to russia. This i not good roses!!

Plantasjen Mandal is one of a chain of Plantasjen gardening stores. I have been in several in Norway and all have a fair amount of gardening supplies, live indoor and outdoor plants. They also have inexpensive pots, gardening supplies and small electrical and gas powered tools such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, snowblowers and the like. The store is divided into an indoor area, and a covered outdoor area. In the outdoor area you will find larger trees and yard dwelling plants, and also soil, wood chips and many other landscaping materials. There is an area just for dry fertilizers and bagged planting soils also. Inside, you will find the smaller indoor plants and succulents along with most of the hardware items and cut flowers. The store in Mandal I have found is above average in customer service, with most of the employees being well versed in plant care, and cut flower arranging. They always are very helpful and seem to know where even the most hard to find items are within their large store. I very much recommend them to anyone looking to make their lawn look its best, or for gifts for any occasion.

Nice place when you are gardening. All kinds of plants, tools, machines, furnitures. All year long you are served. Open on Sundays also.
