Train your staff why its needed to weigh clothes. My wife and i brought 20kilo laundry. But staff did not even care to inform us of the larger machines. Instead we used 3 small machines. We could have used medium 2units. Then during wash. Yes we have 20kilos and wanted to use the 17kilos dryer because we only needed a few minutes to dry the delicate 4kilo items and the rest use the remaining. We dont load the delicate full cycle but only in first 4 minutes. Then load the rest.
