If only I could give a 0, I would rate it 0 star. I had to wait in line and once at the counter, I had to wait for about 1 hour before telling me that they were sorry I had to wait and come back at a later time. Apparently, they have misplaced my phone and is still trying to look for it.

I brought my Galaxy S10 in for repair (non-warranty) after the power button got stuck due to liquid damage. The Service Personnel immeditely informed me that the power button is connected to the display, therefore the entire LCD Assembly should be replaced. Good thing I hesitated and declined (1. The LCD was working perfectly so why replace it and 2. They quoted an amount which was 1/4 of the phone's price when I bought it last year). I later brought my phone to another Samsung store and they fixed it by replacing the power button itself, and a small component underneath.
