This is to inform you that We were displeased if the services we are getting from your sales or representatives. Everytime we are calling them they are not picking up the call. Can we request someone whojust know how to pick up the phone and address the needs of your client. I was just wandering why the entire day we are calling them and they never pick up my calls. Anither thing ou should inform your clients on the price increase that you are doing monthly. Last january I asked for the price of Dx7 printer head and according to them its 38k then I chatted him last month and he said its 45k now they said its 50k so you know what we feel is that your people are scamming us. Because you never inform your clients of your MONTHLY PRICE INCREASE. Your service is terrible. You should learn to teach your sales force to be profeasionals in dealing with your client. Or maybe you should hire someone who knows how to deal with your clients.

They're only good at making promises. It takes days and consistent follow-ups for their after service personnel to visit your site. After service support is lousy; very bad for your business especially if you have a lot of pending print-outs.
Good at selling but lack in repair, don't follow-up if your repair is ok or not, and lack of follow-through with the techs. Once your purchase is complete with them, you are done for. Though they will send you a technician, you will still feel like your at their mercy in regards to resolving your issues with the machine. They will send a technician to train you when you first purchase the machine, but the tech will not even complete the training with you. In addition, the tech they send out teaches you something completely wrong and when something goes wrong, it is immediately your fault and they will up-sell you with parts or supplies to make it work again or complete the repair. They will make you wait all day for their techs and don't even update you if they are still coming or not after you have waited for so long. In order to find out, you actually have to text or call them instead of them calling you to notify you of their status. You waste your day for them like you have nothing else to do but they don't have a courtesy to show-up on time, let alone show up at all or be notified they will not make it.
