This branch is having a bad customer service ,, rep is rude specially the supervisor asign to the area .. they are always doing chika minute and theres a lot of customers waiting .. and when u ask to make the service quicker and faster .. the sup answer come here early so that u will finished early too... Palawan pawnshop always remember that u have an a promise to make the service fast and easy .. this is the only branch that having a service that sucks .. Cashier name honey ...

Customer Service is good.
Poor customer service ever sa lahat ng palawan pawnshop! Just remember what the woman told me earlier " parati ko inuutusan kapatid ko kumuha ng padala worth 5k na pangalan ko at id ko binibigay naman nila kahit walang authorization." then ako kumukuha 1.2k with id and authorization tapos ayaw nila! Pinagtulungan at tinarayan pa nila ako! Tapos sinabi ko yung sinabi ng babae sakin sabi nila di nila alam. Sabi ko edi naloko kayo, while me... Totoo tapos kompleto pa, with authorization, sabi nila pwede kumuha 1k kahit walang id.! Magsara nalang kayo!
