Cheating customers. I had given my i20 for first service. I had asked for synthetic engine oil replacement. They charged me for synthetic oil but they have put mineral oil. I could easily find the difference while driving because that smoothness is gone and the pickup is also less. On complaining to the service center. They are not ready to agree. Felt cheated from these guys.
