We did not know the place but they were recommended and booked by our hotel. I must say that whilst the staff does not speak English and the menus are exclusively in french, they all worked very hard to be welcoming and friendly despite the language barrier. The Food was excellent. Even though everything was really tasty, a special mention goes to the tarte tatin: it was succulent and delicious!

Everything from the welcome to the goodbye was perfect. Delicious local cuisine, in a beautiful restaurant. My family were also made to feel so welcome. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Nice 3 course business lunch at 14 good quality
I agree with every five-star opinion here. In addition, we were offered samples of the boudin noir when we hesitated a bit and we went on to order the full first course. This restaurant is an excellent choice if you are visiting one of the Calvados distilleries in the area. Very near to Boulard and a little farther to Busnel. Wonderful place enjoyed by locals and tourists alike!
