Good one but employs r less so it takes time for any issue to be solved

Service is poor. Only one in Mangalore so we don't have any other option. They will put there spare part from other camera and charge the full amount to us .

Don't expect complex issues to be solved. It's a third party service centre for most brands. They also send Ur camera to higher service centres if needed. Getting a crisp answer on the phone might be difficult

First time last year I had good experience. This time as well had good experience, unfortunately cameras returned with more dirt in viewfinder, seemed as if care wasn't taken while storing. Serving done in the cameras was excellent except for the above.
