Had gone to do BERA test for my son. Very cordial staff. The Dr a young chap forgot his name was very helpful and patient. He waited almost an hour as the child needs to be asleep fpr the test. Very knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend this place for BERA and other hearing related tests
