Experience i had here the store looks great with gorgeous eyeglasses, sunglasses,reading glasses etc and offers with tough conditions that can be understand after hearing them 3 time so keep calm and hear it properly (Now when I purchased eyeglasses it was only 1680 but they added without asking LK GOLD worth 590 INSURANCE 99 those both was not required they didn't ask do you need it or not or explain how it become total 2369 if they would have told that what the are I adding i could save 689 because my uncle already had gold member ship and I could use his no. While billing or they could have said do you have gold member ship or is anyone else have it in your family gold Member ship that benefit you & insurance that was not even needed) so I kindly request you all **to see what they have added in the bill before paying** if you have membership like other family no then use their mobile No. and if you insurance really then only buy it

Well. Basically the shop experience has come down. I have to blame mr demanth for this. Dear lenskart team, You all tell you are the largest retail seller in india, well i agree. But having such optometrist like mr demanth is a disaster to your company. Well you all have free eye check up and yes your staff mr demanth denied to give me a free eye checkup in the past visit by saying there was a sick staff in the trial room and i felt like he kicked me out of the shop. Still giving your team a chance i didn't write a review Like seriously if you all have guidelines and if you dont follow it, i can do case against you all for not following covid guidelines and your staff they dont wear mask and tell us to wear. Do you all call this as safety?. And recently when I visited again and mr demanth spoke to me for 5 mins and then made a nother dark tall man approach me and told me to have a eye test in a hospital while these experienced optometrist cant give me an eyecheckup. He asked me who my doctor is and well i told my doc and he told he not good and go to prasad netralaya. I guess they are paying you all for this. Dont try to make a doctor's reputation down. You all seriously need to improve with the customer needs ratherthan denying. Vision express beside your store is much better because when we use your costliest glasses which gets scratches due to heat is not worth the pay. You all have warranty for the glasses proving that it is scratch resistant and in the end they deny saying that we cant return it. Its purely a scam. Its happening the second time. Vision express glasses is scratch resistant and yes they have better service than you all.

It was a really nice experience. The delivered product is really good. Optometrist who attended me, Ms.Linda, she was very courteous and helpful. She was very patient in answering queries and guiding us to make a good selection by giving her valuable inputs. I really appreciate it. Eye checkup was also professional and better than most of the hospitals. Overall I would strongly recommend Lenskart , Empire mall, Mangalore for people looking to buy glasses.

There are many options here and that's good but there is no option for repairing. Also it's very costly.

Hi I paid 6.5k for two powered glasses. Within two months both the lenses got scratches due to Heat. Executive said it’s because of the car dashboard heat, coating of the glasses got melted. Like really? I kept two eye glasses together in my car seat, one I bought from Vision Express another one from Lenscart. Glass which I bought from Lenscart has scratches all around. When I first visited their store, they did suggest to buy the costing lenses and the price for this compared to normal lenses are more. When I called them to change the lense they said there is no option to change the lense. And I need to purchase new one for the price of 4.5k. *Totally a waste of money*.
