Bought a drilling machine and the price was reasonable. Staff was good in their 2nd floor section. The senior gentleman who was incharge of this section deserves 5 stars for being helpful. However, didn't like the attitude of the staff in the ground floor section except another senior gentleman who helped me find the right product. The two younger chaps and the old cashier in this section need to learn some manners. Also, never throw the bill at a customer.

I had given a Bosch hand drill for repair to Maroor Machine Tools. The staff in the reception at the Maroor Bosch Service center were very cordial and received the product and issued the necessary document and they promised to get back in the next 24 hrs. They did call me the same evening and informed that it was a minor issue and have fixed it and the product is ready to be delivered. The best part was that the charges were bear minimal and when I visited the center they voluntarily checked the product in front of me and showed me that it was working and also explained to me what was the fault. Thanks Maroor Machine tools for that amazing service you are providing to the customers in Mangaluru. Wishing you all a great success in the year 2020.
Very pathetic service center. Long story short, I had given AQT130 for service as it had some issues on 31st July. I had specially asked to check the issues related to burning smell, visible fumes and intermediate stoppage issue. They charged 290 bucks as service charge and returned the washer saying working fine. Post returning home I found the issue still in exists and had worsened. I drove 50 odd kms for getting this fixed and this is what they have offered.
This is a one stop shop for all your machine tool requirement and probably the only shop in Mangalore where you can be sure shot of the tool that you want and you will get it.
