One of the best Mangalorean food available here. Tasty AF. No unnatural colors added to the ghee roast is a highlight for me.

It's all about coastal food. Tried chicken uruwal, prawns masala, fish finger chips, squid ghee roast, pork roast, silver fish rawa fry, neer dosa, kube mootli, seer fish masala and sorpotel. All were relish except pork roast :( But a great place to satisfy your craving for Mangalorean cuisine. Suggest to go early on weekends if you are planning for lunch.
Have been frequenting this restaurant for many years. Excellent food if you like coastal cuisine. They shifted to a new location at assaye road which is reasonably located. Fish, chicken and even the veg dishes are fantastic. Also reasonable priced.
We drove down from Whitefield to ulsoor , approx 22 Kms for dining, and it was worth it.though we didn't tried out all their menus ,coz it was a Sunday dinner, but whatever we had , it was just awesome....and that too , pocket friendly.cinsidering the cost of Bangalore restaurants, I would say it's damn cheap. Try out sometimes.u will love it. An old world charm, when Bangalore didn't become the IT hub.when things were much more relaxed and not so much of hurry-burry everywhere. The decor is absolutely wonderful...yet so simple , with all the caricatures depicting Mangalorean daily life.as an artist myself, I am really attracted to these special type of decor. Super courteous staff to cater to your every need. Go inside and register you name . after sometime they will ask you to order from their menu.its not that once u order and sit for the dining, they won't take any future orders, but it's just to serve you in a short time once you take your seat.therebis always a waiting.and if u go on weekends , it just gets lengethier. But...the condition of Assey Road is just pathetic....super pathetic.so if y know any place where u can park your car and walk till the place ,then I would prefer you to do so.
Very reasonably priced restaurant compared to others in Bangalore. Only the variety of dishes were missing maybe due to covid. Loved the taste but not spicy enough for me
If you are craving for mangalore style seafood then this is the place. In the picture we have crab soup which is must try and neerdose with chicken ghee roast . The fish curry was also going good with neer dose. It is pocket friendly restaurant with good taste and ambience
Was a great find for us. We wanted to try a new cuisine and this place serves authentic Mangalore food. Neat and tidy place, peaceful ambience, extremely reasonable prices, good service by staff. We ate prawn rava fry-280 rs(my fav), chicken cutlet-80rs, mutton ghee roast-340, brown rice-40rs only, sannas(according to its mangalorean idly)-25 rs only, chicken rice curry-190, croaker fish or dadiyar fish fry -140 only and caramel custard-75 rs only(yummy). Everything was good. The drinks sol kadi and cocoon.jucir both were too good. We repeated those drinks. Mutton could have been cooked more soft but that could be my preference. Taste was subtle, no issues with digestion(we are not used to coconut milk or oil that much). Overall, we are very happy to have found an affordable yet tasty resturant. I am sure we are gojng to go here very often in future.
The place was humble at its best. Over hyped as food and ambiance was decent. A good spot for a quick meal but not worth the travel if you plan to visit the restaurant just for food.
