Most of the staff is very responsive when I have a question or something that need to be fixed. They are very kind and understanding! Especially Keith,Dennis, and Linda(I'm not sure if she still works there,but super sweet)I must admit the ratings scared me a bit after reading others experiences,but I honestly have had no bad experience from Mangus! I've been here for a year and will stay for years to come! Whenever there's a problem,It is addressed very quickly. Whenever I need something over the weekend, I always get a call the same day and someone to come out.

Unacceptable experience throughout all possible dealings; an incompetent office with neglectful management. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong with this place, from repeatedly mistaking move-out day despite months of recurring notices given, to ignoring multiple warnings of a ceiling that eventually caved in and cause hundreds of dollars in water damage, the blatant disregard of the damage and resulting black mold for months, to the needless withholding of my prorated rent and security deposit that *they* approved AND the continual billing of rent, long after my lease ended (and I had moved out)! With no communication from their office, I’ve had to resort to notifying the BBB and disputing with my bank of their wrongful charges—that I even thought to prevent by trying to disconnect my bank acct ahead of time from their tenant portal, but could not access once my lease ended.—I am still waiting on the return of my security deposit and last month’s prorated rent they first confirmed at move-out, with absolutely no explanation now on the hold up after dozens of calls and messages. Save yourself the clerical and financial nightmare, look elsewhere.
