9round is the best gym in Manhattan! All the trainers are great and friendly, and the work outs only take up 30 minutes of your day. The best part is that you don’t have to sign up for a class or wait until a specific time to start. Once you arrive you jump in on the next round and that provides the flexibility my life needs!

9Round in Manhattan KS is hands down the best gym in town. The workouts change daily and in 30 minutes you get a full body workout. I’ve never been able to stick to a workout routine before 9Round. I have been a member for over a year and make it in 3-5 days a week.

I have been with 9 Rounds for about 8 months and I love every second I am in the gym. I have never exercised or joined a gym before so I was very nervous when I started but they made me feel welcome and accepted regardless of my physical state or ability. Each person is personally greeted when entering the facility, every time. The trainers and owners are genuinely happy to be there and to help each person be the best they can be each workout. In my time there, I have never seen anyone turned away because of their abilities, or lack of abilities; I have seen people in knee braces, physically handicapped, etc. in the facility and the trainers have the knowledge to modify or suggest other exercises to focus on what you can do and not what you can't. I injured myself and each trainer remembered my injury and helped me modify each workout until I got back to 100% and suggested stretches and other movements to help in my recovery. 5 starts is not enough, I would give 10 if I could.
