Perfect find to celebrate our 10 wedding anniversary! This place is perfect for anyone looking for a place to stay in Manhattan. The house was built in 1910 but renovated completely by the current owners. They make you feel very welcome and definitely take care of you! You'll love the house inside and out and the fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast is a bonus! Thank you to the owners for sharing their story with us and making us feel so special.

Dawn and Phil do a great job and make you feel very welcome. The breakfasts they prepare are amazing. The Anderson B&B is very comfortable and a nice place to relax. We enjoy staying here and have visited three times now.

Anderson Bed and Breakfast is truly a gem! Dawn and Phil are wonderful hosts, very kind and attentive. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, generous portions made from local ingredients. Located within walking distance to many great restaurants. Highly recommended this lovely place!

Pretty nice place to stay right by the college compass. I actually stayed here with my friend and his dad and we all liked it. It definitely had an old feel to it but was dirty or outdated. The place was a little hot but it wasn't real bad. Overall if you in Manhattan and need a b and b to stay at I recommend this one. The campus is so close you can walk to it!

I had a really great stay here and plan to stay again when I can bring my family. The Andersons are excellent hosts, very personable and friendly (but they were not too much for me, an introvert). and their bed and breakfast has a fun and eclectic vibe, which makes the dwelling feel modern even though it's a historic home. I love that they have private and well-lit parking in the back with a nice walkway to the home (it's in a popular part of town and street parking can be difficult). I thought the breakfast of avocado toast, sausage, and fruit was very good. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here if you visit Manhattan.
