Ashley a product specialist at Ashley furniture mart has a tough time honoring her statements. Approximately 30 minutes after talking to her she didn’t want to honor the 20% off our order. After 25 minutes of being on hold I was told they would honor the discount. After another 5 minutes being on hold she told me they do not have the mattress in stock and it will be 6-8 weeks to deliver to the store. It’s pretty easy to give this store a one star today! I happily went to your competitor.

We had a great experience at this store from picking out our furniture to the final delivery. It took about 3 weeks from the time we ordered our furniture until it was delivered but when it was delivered it came all pre built and in beautiful condition. The two men who delivered it were very kind and extremely careful not to scratch anything or bang into any walls. I am so happy I decided to go with Ashley Homestore!

Went in there a couple months ago, ready to pay upfront for a sectional I had found online and really wanted. The manager was very rude to me, acted like he didn’t have the time of day for me. He talked to me like I was an idiot, and got very annoyed when I sat on the furniture to test it out. I left, and bought my sectional else where.
