For her birthday, my wife asked for her knives to be sharpened. She’s an incredible cook and uses them daily. After a quick google search, I found Dave at DK Sharp who happened to be close by. Dave is a professional and our knives couldn’t be sharper but most importantly he’s one of the most friendly people I’ve met. He added a fresh coat of oil to our butcher block as icing on the cake without me asking. There’s no better place to get your knives sharpened, period.

Had I realized how easy it was to bring old knives back to it’s sharpest days, I would not have waited 12 years! Dave is a friendly guy who is quick to reply, gets the job done quick, and apparently is quite talented. My kitchen knife set is 12 years old, never been serviced, and was squashing my bread and tomatoes. Now they slice through effortlessly. Thanks Dave!
