We were referred to Solganick by a former client who is also a close friend. Our board decided it was time to seek a financial backer to help us fund acquisitions and we were looking for a local firm with good level of experience and reasonable fees. The entire process took about 3 months and after a number of calls with prospective partners we narrowed it down to just two options.
