I had a warranty issue with a mattress I purchased 3 years ago. Spoke with John. Without hesitation he said, \I'll take care of it.\ My replacement was delivered 2 days after we spoke. I expected it to take a week or more to resolve this! I highly recommend Beds for Less to anyone looking for bedroom items.
Love this place! Really great mattresses for great prices. They had some trouble delivering my mattress on base so they through in a free pillow. John was very helpful. Great customer service, would recommend to anyone.
Drop all other options and hit this man up. My guy hooked us up with the most luscious and firm mattress that money could buy. Not only that, but his customer service was legendary. My boyfriend and I were very fortunate to come across such a bargain and genuine care, especially after being effected by COVID when it first hit!
My wife and I recently got into town and this place was amazing! We had very little cash on hand, and with the help of the financing this store offers, and the great deal they gave us, we left with 2 fantastic bed sets. The staff were very polite and the delivery was smooth and quick. We will be returning to do more business with them in the future. Thanks again!
