Wow this truck parked in front of Midway Var in Williamsburg, for almost 45 mins we had to listen to a loud beep like noise. 2 of us asked them shut off the noise. The two delivery guys instead mocked us and moved the truck closer to our office to further irritate us. Is this how employees of Manhattan Beer Distributors are trained to interact while representing their company..? I took a video to show the noise from with in my office and I have one of the delivery guy giving the peace sign and later the second delivery guy taking a picture of me or the front of my office, for what purpose I wonder, will he file a complaint again my complaint of noise?
I am the manager of a restaurant in Williamsburg, this company is the worst company we've ever worked with, and we regret so much of the choice we made. Manhattan beer's service deserves no stars at all, indeed this company should not even be in business. The delivery is extremely slow, and even when they are out of something they would not notify you ahead of time, and at times they just decides to not answer calls at all. Our restaurant stopped working with them about a month ago, and we have over 10 empty kegs in our basement blocking the hallway, and we tried so many times to request for a pickup, they told us 3 times already that they'll pick it up the next day, but this has already been one whole month, and my sales person Anthony has already stop answering my calls. We really dont know what to do with all those empty kegs, and honestly, if your company cant handle to be in business please just shut your self down, please dont continue to mess up people's business!!!!!
