My husband and I come in all the time for our sons video games. Gillian is AWESOME!! Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had him on the phone with customer service meanwhile the store was filling with customers. He stayed so calm and collected and everyone had a great experience. Thank you Gillian!!

The guy that was working there was super helpful and very informative. He answered all our questions and also was friendly enough to have a small side conversation will we browsed around (we were the only people in the store at the moment). I gave the store a 4 for now as they didn't have a whole lot of product on some of the shelves. They did just finish a relatively good sale though so that's probably why. Otherwise I haven't had any issues with this store when I do come in to buy.
Not too fond of the long haired gentleman that upsells like his life depends on it. When I deny the initial request to become a member or get protection on something I'd like my no to be respected, instead of the condescending remarks that followed suggesting I'm an idiot for not protecting a 30 dollar video game.
Super friendly, clean, and always ready to help pool you find what you need!
They don't take cash.........like at all.......and they don't give it for returns or trade in anymore. Also in my opinion over priced and under stocked. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable tho.
