I should have put a review up along time ago. Let me start by saying he was probably the best lawyer I have had. I’m from California and needed help for a custody case and he did fantastic. He was very good in court and always knew what to say and get me what I needed. I would use him 1000 times over. Thanks again for the help.

I'm highly recommending Mr. Heiman. Throughout my process vs. the Kansas Department of Revenue, he communicated to me the pros and cons of decisions out of my control. He listened and believed in me. Hard-worker. Organized.
I am not going to get into what happened with our case but it was not fair for my husband. (Child custody case). Nick could have fought harder and only thought about himself. I would not recommend Nock!!! He will not fight for you, if you are looking for a child custody or divorce attorney, Keep on looking. Very upset with his law firm. I know he knows it because he is short with us in his emails and won’t explain himself and his actions.
Nick was a huge asset to my family and assisted me over a 6 month period of time. His knowledge and expertise was second to none. His availability, patience, and drive to do the right thing make his character a top characteristic. Call him for all your needs and you won't be disappointed.

I had nic as a court appointed attorney, there were many things he could have fought for my side on but chose to take the fastest and easiest route. Actually my family had more information regarding my case than he himself did. He doesn't care about his clients unless they are directly paying him and even then he's still not worth the trouble.
Don’t expect to receive a call back within a timely manner about whether or not Mr.Heiman is willing to represent your case. I called & left several messages in regards to my case & payment still haven’t received a call back yet. It’s been 3 days. Don’t bother wasting your time. If there was a way to leave no stars I would.
