Landmark Self Storage has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! The staff is beyond helpful, they have been in the industry for a long time and are very knowledgeable. In addition to storage needs they assisted with my U-Haul rental. I would highly recommend this facility for storage and U-Haul needs!!

Overall great experience with Landmark. Their prices are steep but the customer service is phenomenal. They were easy to work with while I was overseas and needed a friend enter my storage unit and grab some paperwork. While it was something simple, Landmark didn't make the task impossible. Zane and Matt were awesome to work with. Very helpful and friendly.

Really disappointed. My friend used this facility during his deployment and got a climate controlled unit and absolutely everything of his smells atrocious. Washed everything that could be washed and his apartment still reeks from the storage unit smell. I've never had this experience any time I've stored my items. Really disappointed and appalled.
Managers were great. Prices were fair. Unit was clean and in great shape. No pricing games or hoops to jump through. Would rent from them again.
This place was amazing. I did not rent a storage unit here but I did rent a U Haul trailer to move. The couple was so incredibly nice and helpful with everything. I really wish I had looked more into renting a storage unit from them because I could have gotten a much bigger unit for about 40 cheaper than the unit I was currently paying for. The place is new and very nice with a gated entrance. I highly recommend getting a storage unit here!
Best customer service I have ever received. Knowledgeable and resourceful staff, helpful, organized, clean establishment. Definitely reccomend this place for storage near fort riley.
