Very happy with my experience so far. I'm on to my fourth treatment and little regrowth as advertised. Staff is always friendly when I come.

I would give zero stars- I actually already tried to write a review and for some reason it is not popping up I have experienced terrible customer service it was only until I was able to reach out to the New York regional manager-who was lovely- was I able to speak to someone who cared. One Staff member was unattainable after I put my card information down and another I spoke to was simply rude and unknowledgeable. Although, the regional manager did try to rectify the customer service from the team it did leave a bad taste in my mouth and think on how I would be treated when I would enter the office. I am still waiting on my refund.
I'm absolutely appalled with the work ethic here. Apart from one occasion, each and every time I had a session, I would receive a phone call, either a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, or 1 or 2 mins after, not even at the '5 min late mark' yet. Yet, upon arrival, I ALWAYS had to wait for a minimum of 10, and sometimes 15 mins, without an apology of course. So I was expected to be early or precisely on time, yet, they thought it was ok to be consistently late and make me wait EACH TIME. On the one occasion, I called to say I was running 10 minutes late, they even turned me away. Yet, I was made to wait all other times for a minimum of 10 mins. How is this even right? Indeed, this business truly does have double standards and a tremendous lack of business etiquette. Practice what you preach please!
Very happy with my experience at LaserAway! I just went in to get my first laser hair removal treatment (of many) and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and explained the process and post treatment care. It's important to also note that this was their first day back open (with COVID) and everything was extremely clean and efficient. All staff wearing masks, they performed temperature check, everything scrubbed and super clean - I felt very comfortable.
The laser just stops working through half section and they do not know how to fix it. Sure, they gave me an extra free session but the same thing happened again.
I had to call 3 times to make an appointment, I waited for 15 minutes and they ended up saying I couldn’t redeem my voucher because I bought and used a voucher for that place 3 YEARS AGO.
I absolutely love getting all my laser treatments at Laser Away! They are so accommodating and helpful. They really take their time and pay attention to detail. You have to check them out! You will not be disappointed.
